Pottery Classes on the Sunshine Coast

After a huge summer in the studio, I have decided to take some much needed time off in the first part of 2018.
I have postponed all pottery classes until after Easter when we are refreshed and ready to play again!

International Workshop in Icheon, Korea

In May 2015 I attended the International Ceramics Workshop in Icheon, Korea as one of 16 international ceramic artists who were invited. It was a truly life changing experience for me and a turning point in my career on many levels. My time there was inspirational, challenging, over whelming, exciting and just about every other emotion one can feel! I returned to Australia with my head full of ideas for new work and lines of enquiry. I am now back in the studio trying out some of the new techniques that I was lucky enough to be shown by both the other Artists and the local Korean Master Potter in Icheon.

ABC Open Video

I recently had the crew from ABC open out to my studio to make a short story on my ceramics practice. It was lot's of fun and as always when one does this sort of thing makes you think about why it is you do what you do...and LOVE IT!
