Bespoke Restaurant Tableware Made Locally on the Sunshine Coast
Over the last 12 months I have setup my Mount Coolum Studio on the Sunshine Coast to produce and supply tableware to high end restaurants and vineyards in and around South East Queensland including Pitchfork in Peregian Beach and Ocean View Estates Vineyard. Evolving my ceramic practice in this direction has been a rewarding journey. The collaboration process required between myself and the chefs and restauranteurs of such establishments has seen my tableware designs evolve in new direction with this third party inspiration feeding into the design process.
As I see it an exciting future lies ahead with endless potential for local ceramic artists and chefs to work together to take the dining experience to new level.
